Telehealth or Onsite Psychology sessions support clients experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-worth, depression, productivity problems, connection and relationship issues, grief, trauma, or unhelpful habits/addictive behaviours to achieve positive progress and self-efficacy in their emotional and mental health difficulties.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to suit a client’s needs, including Mindfulness, Cognitive and Psychodynamic therapies, including ISTDP.
